The system incorporates a truss robot for automated material handling, visual recognition for accurate positioning, and a 3-axis marking unit that performs simultaneous double-end marking during the feeding process. This innovation eliminates manual alignment errors, ensures consistent marking accuracy, and streamlines material flow, making it ideal for high-volume fabrication of power transmission and telecommunication tower components.
