Today, our company has 2 units. Numerical control Fire curve machine equipment, models THQ360 and THQ250. Professional reinforcement and loading have been completed, and the shipment has been dispatched to the overseas customer without issue.

Applications of CNC flame bending machines

In the fabrication and production of steel towers, most enterprises have traditionally relied on self‑made, rudimentary jigs and fixtures to perform the heating and bending of angle steel. This approach typically suffers from harsh working conditions, high labor intensity, low production efficiency, and poor dimensional accuracy of the finished parts. In response to these challenges, our company has conducted extensive research into tower‑manufacturing processes and has now developed the THQ series “Multi‑Function Angle Steel Bender.” This machine boasts a compact footprint, broad applicability, high machining accuracy, enhanced productivity, and simple operation.
