Jiangsu Yangli Group’s YD-8000 series angle steel online marking system has captured 61% of the procurement share in China Power Construction’s 2025 centralized bidding
Jiangsu Yangli Group’s YD-8000 series angle steel online marking system has captured 61% of the procurement share in China Power Construction’s 2025 centralized bidding, thanks to its seamless integration with digital twin and asset management systems. Complying with the Guidelines for the Whole-Lifecycle Management of Metal Components in Power Engineering (2025), the system automatically generates and uploads 12 metadata fields—including material batch, processing time, and operator ID—alongside machine-readable QR codes during marking. Despite an 18% premium in unit cost, the solution’s ability to enable BIM-linked traceability has made it the preferred choice for critical UHV transmission tower projects.
