1. Mechanical Section: Primarily composed of a ground-rail work station (customizable from 3 to 12 meters), a six-axis industrial robot, a seventh-axis precision reducer, and a digital high-end welding machine.

1. The workpiece can be placed anywhere on the work platform within the field of view.
2. The equipment features a high degree of automation: one-click reverse modeling and one-click weld-seam extraction enable the automated welding of workpieces across the entire worktable. For workpieces of the same size, simply position them correctly on the table—no need for reverse modeling—and initiate the process with a single click to complete welding.
3. A proprietary vision algorithm that enables bending of both bottom and vertical plates (with bends exceeding 30 mm), supports 3D visual modeling for workpieces larger than 3D, and can accurately detect the shortest edge length down to 5 mm. Regardless of workpiece size, large-line scanning is performed automatically to complete workpiece modeling and weld-seam extraction.
4. A proprietary welding parameter library that automatically matches and applies the appropriate welding parameters simply by defining the weld bead height of the workpiece, ensuring high-quality welds.
5. Paired with a floor-mounted workstation, high-precision servo motors and gear reducers are used for accurate and rapid positioning.
