5. The mechanical parts have undergone wear resistance treatment, hardness treatment, anti-corrosion treatment and stress relief treatment.
6. Structure part: the whole plate is cut and then processed by machining center and plane grinding (greatly enhancing the strength and accuracy of the structure).
7. The walking part of this product adopts the domestic well-known brand inverter to adjust the processing walking speed, so that workers can easily grasp the accuracy of the product and the loss of the blade, while greatly reducing the cost.
8. The equipment is easy to operate. After adjustment, the steel plates of the same thickness can be placed successively at the feeding side, and the equipment automatically feeds and completes the processing automatically.
