This equipment is used for the standard universal assembly of angle steel tower legs in the electric power industry, which can meet the standard assembly of tower legs below 1200mm, ensure the uniqueness of each tower leg assembly, meet the welding requirements of six axis robots, avoid the problem that the robot cannot align and weld due to assembly errors, and is also a universal assembly equipment for non robot welding tower legs.
The main frame of the equipment is welded with high-quality rectangular tubes and high-strength plates. After welding, the internal stress is removed by normalizing process. Finally, the six axis machining center is used for one-time processing to ensure the strength and accuracy of the equipment.
This equipment adopts the structure of servo motor plus precision planetary reducer plus heavy slide rail to ensure the high-precision operation of the equipment.
High precision double gear ring rotation is adopted for rotary positioning, and a pair of gear rings are equipped with clearance eliminating structure.
The base plate platform is equipped with array universal bearing (bull eye bearing) to ensure that the workpiece can slide freely.l The positioning surface of the positioning seat is equipped with an array electromagnet to assist the operator in positioning the shoe board.
