Product Introduction

1. The equipment is mainly used for welding the inner and outer annular seams of the plug-in steel pipe pole flange and the steel pipe pole, the stiffening plate, the outer annular seams of the butt-joint flange and the steel pipe pole, and the stiffening plate.
2. The original parametric programming scheme, regardless of the size of the steel pipe pole, only need to input a few parameters to complete the programming of the steel pipe pole.
3. The equipment has a high degree of automation, and it can be started with one key, which can automatically complete the welding of the girth stiffener of the steel pipe rod.
4. Laser positioning is used to correct the position deviation between the rotation and assembly of the roller frame, and can identify the gap size and accurate welding position.
5. CNC roller frame, roller movement and rotation using high-precision servo motor and reducer lead screw for accurate and fast positioning. Put in the workpiece more conveniently.
6. A movable lifting platform and a fixed lifting platform are used to cooperate with the robot to work in a suitable position.l 7. Double-headed robot welding is more efficient and convenient, and the upper and lower workpieces can be welded only once.
