The THJ16K CNC angle steel closing machine is mainly suitable for angle steel angle machining. This equipment has a built-in hydraulic system and preset multiple CNC opening (closing) angle angles in the mold, so there is no need to replace angle blocks or cushion blocks during angle steel processing each time. This effectively reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves work efficiency.
This machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, which adopts centralized button control and is equipped with a jog and semi-automatic working system. The working pressure, pressing speed, and travel range of this machine can be adjusted within the specified range as needed. And it can complete two process methods: fixed pressure forming and fixed range forming, in semi-automatic operation, both process methods have pressure holding delay after pressing and automatic return action.
Place the angle steel to be closed in a suitable position during equipment operation; By activating the press switch and oil cylinder switch, the angle of the angle steel can be closed at a certain point, and the entire angle steel can be closed in the same way; Realize the angle closing of the entire batch of angle steel in the above order. This device is easy to operate, stable in operation, and has low maintenance costs.
